For 1 Will and 2 Power of Attorney's which is the package required for a single person who is Not a Single Parent, Senior Citizen or Disabled Individual.

Terms and Conditions
At this time the only signing location are St. Catharines, Hamilton / Burlington area, and Toronto Ontario. Weekend appointments are only available in the Hamilton / Burlington area and Toronto, Weekday and Weekend appointments available for St. Catharines.
If you miss a scheduled appointment without cancelling at least 48 hours in advance then you will be required to pay a cancellation fee which will be added to the cost of your Will package chosen. The missed appointment / cancellation fee is $25.00 plus tax.
If you fail to either schedule or reschedule an appointment for signing your will then Bukhari Law Office reserves the right to invoice it's regular legal fees for services rendered in order to prevent abuse. The regular fee for singles is $250 and for spousal is $500 with taxes extra and will be invoiced after 30 days of registration unless all documents have been executed. Mr. B. will grant extensions at his own sole discretion based upon unusual circumstances.
Bukhari Law reserves the right to decline registrations that are not verified as genuine as per the sole discretion of the law office.
All the above comments are referred to in the submission form as Terms and Conditions and each registrant is required to accept same for documents to be processed.
