4) I am Married with children and need some advice on how to plan my Will... What do most people do?

Most people would make their spouse their Primary Executor and appoint one of their children if over the age of 18 as their Alternate Executor. If your children are under 18 you may wish to appoint a close family member as your Alternate Executor such as your brother or sister. You will then give all your Estate upon yur death to your spouse and if your spouse is not alive your Estate would be divided equally between your children. If you have children under the age of 18 you may want to appoint a Guardian which will take care of their daily lives until your children are 18 years old. Your Alternate Executor and Guardian can be two different people or the same person. depending on your wishes.
